School Closing Policy

In the case of inclement weather, if Boston Public Schools are closed, Catholic Memorial is also closed.  However, there will be times when CM will cancel classes regardless of the decision made by Boston Schools.

Students should listen to radio stations WBZ (AM 1030), WRKO (AM 680) or television stations 4, 5, or 7 for information.

Channel 7 will notify you over your cell phone as soon as CM decides to cancel school.  If you are interested in taking advantage of this new feature, just go to www.whdh.com, click on "Closing Bell on Your Cell," (located in the right-hand column) and input the requested information.  If you have any questions, just contact Channel 7 at webmaster@whdh.com or call 1-877-316-8990.
