Spanish Exchange

CM will host our fourth exchange program with Colegio Mulhacén, a private all-boys Catholic school with a strong English-Spanish bilingual curriculum, located in Granada, Spain.

The exchange program, which consists of eight to 10 Spanish students with a teacher chaperone, includes homestays, group excursions to cultural sites, recreational activities organized by the host families, and school attendance to experience “a day in the life” of a student. It is an impactful and memorable experience for the students and host families!

Host a Student (October 11-25, 2024)

Hosting a student from Spain is fun for the whole family. You will play a significant role in the overall experience of the traveling student and will make memories together to last a lifetime. It is a wonderful opportunity to learn about others, exchange cultures and perspectives, and practice generosity through hospitality. CM students who host are also given priority over non-host students when selecting the group that will travel to Spain in April 2025. Ideal candidates will have a vacant bedroom with a separate bathroom. Knowledge of Spanish is not required, and house pets are usually not a problem.

To apply to host a student from Spain, please read the Guide for Families and complete the application form available here.
